The first item in our Covenants deals with land use and building types. In summary, it states that only one single dwelling home, not more than three stories tall, and one garage, for not more than two cars, are all that is allowed to be built on a lot.

Several years ago, the LFCA Board of Directors created a set of Implementing Instructions that were given to all homeowners. Bottom line, if you have a shed, whether or not it was previously approved by the Board either orally or in writing, it is in violation of the covenant. Owners are encouraged to remove these sheds. However, they may be maintained, but not replaced, under any circumstances. If you have any questions, call a Board Member.
