About 40 people attended our first annual Lake Forest Community Day at Huntsman Park off Dorothy Lane on October 1, 4-6pm. There was representation from all the streets in the community. Linda Hall was the catalyst behind the idea and along with Barry Benroth, Bev Franklin, Evelyn Hempstead, Liz Quigley, and Dave Wilson provided refreshments and cookies, balloons for the kids, and signs marking the way.
