MINUTES FOR THE LAKE FOREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

BOARD MEETING

Feb 20, 2003

Meeting opened at 7:40 p.m.

Present: Wes Cox, Beverly Franklin, Dave Wilson

Old Business: None

New Business:

Since there was not a quorum and there was nothing to vote on, we had a very brief meeting. Wes brought a copy of the dues letter that we looked over and approved. He will get with Harry regarding getting the letters in the mail.

There was a short discussion about the one owner who has not paid the 2002 dues as yet. Wes will pursue that and report back.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.

Next meeting is scheduled for 13 March at Bev’s.
