Board Meeting

April 14, 2005

Meeting called to order at 8:10 p.m.

Board Members Present: Wes Cox, Gloria Flick, Beverly Franklin, Steve Gilbert, Evelyn Hempstead, Harry Hopkins and Dave Wilson

Evelyn has contact Ivy Smith (Verizon contractor) about mulching the area that was dug up so badly at the Modisto entrance. Bill and Linda Ethington, Jim Evans, Beverly Franklin, and Evelyn and Jim Hempstead met on April 9 and spread the mulch at the entrances. Many thanks from Evelyn for the help.

Steve reported that the paperwork for the May 1 Community Day will be complete when the fire station is notified of the event. While on the subject, we decided on a menu of hot dogs/buns, chili, cheese, relish, onion, and kraut for the hotdogs. Also, we’ll have drinks, chips and cookies to round out the menu.

Harry passed out the revisions from the last meeting to the Architectural Review Charter. Again, some other suggestions were made, including an addition of an inspection by the committee before a homeowner sold the home and add windows to the list of Instructions and Information.

Harry reported he will not be at the May meeting and Steve will not be able to make the July and August meetings.

Gloria will put an ad in the PennySaver for the May 21 yard sale.
