Minutes for the Lake Forest Community Association

Board Meeting

November 10January 12, 2006

The Lake Forest Community Association Board of Directors met at Bev’s home at 7:30 pm on January 12, 2006.

Bev called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m.

Board Members present: Bill Ethington, Bev Franklin, Harry Hopkins, Gloria Flick, Jim Evans and Evelyn Hempstead. Absent: Wes Cox, Steve Gilbert, and Dave Wilson.

Evelyn asked how much maintenance is required for the vacant property on Octavia Court where the community maintains the mailbox. A neighbor to the property complained that leaves from the vacant property were blowing in their yard. A motion was made by Bev to vote for another clean-up tentatively scheduled for next week. The motion was seconded and a vote was held. Four voted to disapprove the extra clean-up scheduled for next week, one approved, and one member abstained until he could view the property.

ARC report: Harry reported that no new requests for exterior alterations have been received.

Harry removed all the community photos from the community web site because they are all dated and no new photos have been received for publication.

Next meeting is Thurs 9 Feb at Bev's; 7:30 pm.
