Board Meeting

November 10February 9, 2006

Bev call the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

Board members present: Wes Cox, Bev Franklin, Bill Ethington, Evelyn Hempstead, Steve Gilbert and Jim Evans. Absent were Harry Hopkins, Dave Wilson, and Gloria Flick.

Bev noted that the positions for Bev, Dave, and Gloria's position come open for re-election at the June '06 mtg.

Bev will call the library for the June '06 General Meeting. The General Meeting is tentatively planned for Thursday 8 June.

The Community newsletter is planned for mailing during the first two weeks of May '06. Evelyn suggests Harry prepare an article on the ARC to explain its purpose and submission requirements. The newsletter will also include a Treasurer's report, dates of future community events, and an agenda for the General Meeting.

Wes reported a checking account balance of $17,270.19. He received two homeowner’s packets last month for $200 income. Dues letters were mailed this week, and receipts are expected to arrive beginning early next week.

Wes is planning an audit of the financial records to be done before the General Meeting.

Next meeting is Thurs 9 Mar at Bev's; 7:30 pm.
